As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you would increase the market share for our DataStax Enterprise Solution. You would also provide account leadership and direction in both the pre-
and post-sales processes in a dynamic, high-energy environment.
The role will focus on about 20 High Potential Target (HPT) accounts for which DataStax has a minimum of a 6 figure deal value expectations.
The accounts are cross vertical however experience in specific verticals will be of interest. The opportunity is to join a company that is experiencing significant growth in an overachieving business unit.

Essential Job Functions :
Collaborate with Sales Engineers to prepare account strategies and plans
Initiate new contacts constantly through networking and cold-calling to increase client base
Handle new and add-on business
Maintain up-to- date knowledge of competitive positioning in the marketplace, and prepare activity and forecast reports as requested
Construct and execute a thorough business plan
Meet or exceed revenue quota
Provide account insight and direction in both pre- and post-sales processes
Job Requirements :
8 - 10 years sales experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills among a variety of audiences
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Demonstrable experience of selling technology as a business solution
Knowledge of the Data driven IT market
Exceptional leadership skills
Experience selling to Fortune 100 to 1000 companies
Experience translating technical sales into business value
Able to travel at least 50% of the time
Location : Remote - UK - ability to travel to London and Windsor office (1-2x a week).
