Salary - basic salary + commission (OTE up to £21k in first year and commission is uncapped in second year)


Due to ongoing growth, Radius Payment Solutions, a leading global fleet management company, are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our growing Sales team at our head office in Crewe.

Our Sales Academy will teach you everything you need to know about how to speak to new and existing customers, how to sell effectively and therefore how to succeed in Sales.

We will provide you with the required training, coaching and ongoing support to develop your knowledge and skills over time whilst always maximising your earning potential.

  • What will you be doing as a Telesales Advisor?

  • In your first few months you will concentrate on Lead Generation and will be responsible for the generation of quality sales leads to be transferred into a designated sales team or sales closer.
  • In your 3rd month you will develop into Outbound Sales - full training will be provided!
  • From Month 5 you will progress to the Sales Intermediate level where you will receive additional training to further develop your skills.
  • You will now have your own growing portfolio of customers who you will look after well as acquiring new customers.

  • When you get to Month 12 you will graduate from the programme and will be an experienced, successful member of the Sales team.
  • We provide you with regular coaching and training to develop your call skills, support your development so you can gain knowledge of our products, systems & processes as well as becoming a confident Sales person.

  • Previous experience in Sales is not essential

  • What is the interview process?

    Stage 1 : Telephone interview

    Stage 2 : Interview at our HQ in Crewe followed by time with the team so you can see what the job is really like!
