Position Summary :

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities within the UK.

This exciting and challenging new position will be responsible for selling the UK Centre’s products and services, pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction with our existing client base.

Some of the key responsibilities you will have are as follows :

  • Maximising local sales and profitability for the UK;
  • Developing local sales and marketing plans for each UK Centre, in conjunction with the Centre Director ensuring they are implemented efficiently and School teams are supported;
  • Compiling market research and competitor activity plus analysis for the UK sector;
  • Sourcing, identifying and developing new business / product opportunities for the UK to hit agreed targets;
  • Identifying opportunities to increase potential sales within the Centres, and developing processes to achieve these goals;
  • Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities;
  • and service improvements;
  • Work with the Marketing Department to drive awareness of schools to the wider external market in the UK
  • Experience Required :

    A Degree qualified candidate with direct experience in the EFL industry would be preferred but a previous track record of working within a sales / account environment preferably within the service / hospitality / education industry would also enable you to perform to our highest standards in this position.

  • Direct customer / client contact : Working as a sales executive means that you will serve as a figure of contact for customers and clients of the company giving you full responsibility for the UK region in a sales capacity which makes the job more fulfilling.
  • Strategic decision making : You will have your say regarding advising on markets, products and services. Through strategic decision making, you can be involved in market research, product management, marketing and advertising.
  • Networking : If you can show you are a strong leader and a valuable resource, you will be able to represent the company at EFL networking events and conferences.
  • We need a person who has strong communication skills and negotiation skills to be the face of the UK Sales force.
