Sales Consultant - Lighting / Furniture Company - London
Freedom Recruitment are looking for a Sales Consultant to work for a lighting company in London, in a field based role across London.
About The Company...
My client is a lighting / furniture company working with projects globally, small or large helping different clientele transform their lighting in their homes and gardens.
They have a range of projects they do, including one-room installations, multi-million-pound homes and yachts. Located in the South West London.
My client collaborates with renowned architects, interior designers and developers within the industry and deliver projects throughout the UK and globally.
About The Role
Generate project specification sales leads of new prospective customers through cold calling, networking and face-to-face meetings
Generate sales revenue at the best possible margin to achieve personal and department targets
Get the companies products specified with key stakeholders including architects, designers, M&E consultants and contractors
Create quality sales quotations / project proposals
Create and maintain customer price lists
Develop long-term sustainable customer relationships in line with the company business strategy
Be fully aware of the product range and all its unique selling points
Invite customers to the showroom for product demonstrations
When required deliver external seminars through trainings and assist on Master Classes
Ensure 1st line support to all customers and respond within a reasonable amount of time to all queries
To work additional hours as required commensurate with the responsibilities of a Specification Sales Manager
Communicate through personal contact, telephone, email to the highest possible standard in line with the brand image & reputation
Customer visits and accurate sales reporting in CRM
Developing and monitoring sales pipeline
Number of quotations, average quotation value and conversation rate
Sales turnover & margin (Team & Individual)
Sales candidates from parallel industries, such as luxury furniture, bathroom, kitchen, are also a consideration
The main requirement is that the sales candidate can demonstrate her / his understanding & success in project specification sales
