Department Overview The HR Transformation division, part of the Mercer Career Practice, work with clients to help them respond to the external pressures of digitalization and the impact this has both on their people strategy and how this is delivered through their HR organisation.

We help companies respond to this by developing future focused people strategies underpinned by a compelling employee value proposition to ensure they are able to attract and retain the people they need.

But this digitalisation is also affecting how HR organisations themselves are set up and there is a need for them to deliver an employee experience that offers just-

in-time, intuitive digital access and personalisation. We advise them on how to deliver digital tools that will help people do their jobs better, faster, and smarter.

Position Overview As an HR Transformation Consultant you will be part of the People & Digital team within the Career Practice, providing consultancy advice to a wide range of clients on how to get the most out of their HR function.

  • Typical client assignments can include;
  • Pre-digitalisation work to improve the HR function
  • Help clients understand the impact of digitalisation
  • Advise on the people strategy following digital transformation activity
  • Help clients understand how to interact with their employees
  • Support the implementation work through change management and people impact considerations
  • Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience of managing HR projects, including service delivery projects, system implementation, HR transformation projects
  • Experience of working in a Consulting or HR Transformation environment is essential
  • Experience of working for / with large multi geography companies is highly beneficial
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
