Department Overview The HR Transformation division, part of the Mercer Career Practice, work with clients to help them respond to the external pressures of digitalization and the impact this has both on their people strategy and how this is delivered through their HR organisation.
We know the world of work is changing and increasing digitalisation is impacting how organisations manage talent. We help companies respond to this by developing future focused people strategies underpinned by a compelling employee value proposition to ensure they are able to attract and retain the people they need.
But this digitalisation is also affecting how HR organisations themselves are set up and there is a need for them to deliver an employee experience that offers just-
in-time, intuitive digital access and personalisation. We advise them on how to deliver digital tools that will help people do their jobs better, faster, and smarter.
Position Overview As an HR Transformation Consultant you will be part of the People & Digital team within the Career Practice, providing consultancy advice to a wide range of clients on how to get the most out of their HR function.
