We are seeking a Management Information (MI) Analyst to join our team at a time of fast-moving change. An exciting opportunity to develop and harness your analytical skills, whilst providing insight and analysis to support the effective management of the Student Recruitment and Support Centre and contribute to the objective of delivering an optimum experience for the University's enquirers and students.
You will be part of a team of MI Analysts and work closely with managers and practitioners across Academic Services to support business requirements and drive improvements to MI delivery and procedures.
You will be able to adopt a rigorous approach to detail, while keeping focused on the broader strategic context. A collaborative approach to working within and outside of the MI Team is fundamental, as is the ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
You will be analytical, experienced working with data, have the willingness to develop and harness new skills and enjoy working as part of a team and on your own initiative.
Knowledge and experience of telephony and CRM system data would be an advantage.
