We are looking for a confident, self-motivated sales professional with experience of working within a pharmaceutical education department or sales / account manager.
The successful applicant will have experience of complex solution selling, an understanding of digital transformation, and be able to leverage their knowledge, ideas and energy when working with customers to build innovative solutions to complex problems.
As part of a thriving commercial education and events team and with support from colleagues across the Directorate, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for expanding market share through new customer acquisition, and growth of existing customer relationships as well as developing new service lines for our education and events offer.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Education and Events the Business Development Manager is accountable for delivering new business revenue within assigned territories and will be supporting the next phase of our growth strategy.
This role requires a person with a true new business mentality who can work with new and existing customers to build successful long-term relationships.
