A financial advice company offering individual mortgages and protection (life / critical illness / income protection / health / GI) products is seeking a Field Sales Quality Officer (T&C) to join their team.
You will work from home with 2 days out in the field (West London, Heathrow to Watford). Candidates must live within a 30 minute commute of this location.
The role holder is responsible for the Supervision of individuals within the sales force to establish competence and ensure ongoing competence is maintained by the delivery a range of monitoring, feedback and coaching activities.
A couple of overnight stays will be required each month for team meetings and training.
The role holder will be expected to manage their time between mainly desk based activity and monitoring, with an element of face to face meetings.
The role holder wills also being involved in developing FSQT internal procedures, systems and controls.
