Business Support Assistant
To undertake administrative and technical tasks supporting business processes in a specific departmental area.
You will have relevant training and practical experience of administrative processes and procedures.
You will demonstrate a knowledge of relevant processes and procedures and some understanding of the wider context in which they are undertaken.
You will have good IT skills including knowledge of standard software packages and ability to be trained on bespoke software and databases.
You will have the initiative and judgement to identify problems and raise them with senior colleagues as appropriate.
You will have good verbal and written communication skills and a focus on customer needs.
