SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

You will take charge of all admin, supporting the sales team to keep everything on track. You will be drafting letters, emails and handling calls, so you will need to be a great communicator.

An admin background is vital, as you will be working within a busy sales department. You will need to be organised, able to multi-

task and work efficiently and accurately under pressure. A team player, supportive of departmental colleagues.

WHAT WILL I BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

  • To assist the Choices Co-Ordinator with data input.
  • Support the sales offices with their stationery orders.
  • Process reservations and create weekly figures.
  • Maintain and update enquiries database.
  • Perform general office administration tasks as and when required to meet the needs of the department e.g. filing, photocopying, letters / reports.
  • Co-ordinate legally completed plot files.
  • Support the sales team with the use of the sales system.
  • Assist other team members when absent.
  • Excellent and professional telephone skills.
  • Professional and pleasant manner when dealing with internal and external customers.
  • Self disciplined with good time management skills, and the ability to manage a number of priorities in a high-volume sales environment.
  • IT literate intermediate level of proficiency with MS office programmes including Outlook, Word and Excel.
