Becoming a Helpdesk Administrator with Tascor :
Tascor are looking for a Helpdesk Administrator to join their team. The Helpdesk Administrator will take and record all Helpdesk calls, faxes and emails, filter queries and call out various sub-
contractors for maintenance, repairs and other functions as required. You will also be responsible for administering all the bookings relating to the Conference and Hospitality Services.
Salary : £20K (£19K with £1K shift allowance)
Working hours : Two 12 hour days 07 : 00-19 : 00 and then two 12 hour nights 19 : 00-07 : 00 with four consecutive days off including weekends.
What you will do :
Answer, record as necessary and action telephone and email enquires within agreed service standards.
Provide support and clerical functions required for service provision to all contracts.
Ensure any complaints are logged and dealt with in accordance with the Tascor Complaints Procedure.
Manage queries and administration for a variant of high profile contracts. This will include Police, Fire and Severn Trent clients.
Liaise with appropriate managers and internal / external contractors as required. To include liaising with residential tenants and blue light personnel, booking appointments and managing the mobile engineer’s calendar efficiently
Your experience and skills will include :
Background in Microsoft applications
Excellent customer service skills
Previous experience in an administrative role
Good telephone manner
Education level : GCSE C and above
