Located in the bustling heart of Kensington, next door to Kensington Palace and Hyde Park, the Royal Garden Hotel is one of UK’s largest five red star hotels.
A team of 35 experienced Chefs occupy the hotel’s main kitchen; catering for the 2AA Rosette restaurant, Park Terrace; our extensive conference and events spaces as well as providing 24-hour room service.
The Kitchen team is headed by our Executive Chef, Steve Munkley, Vice president of the Craft Guild of Chefs and Tom Crawley Award Winner.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a passion for food production. As a Chef de Partie you will need to be able to communicate in a clear manner, work well under pressure, supervise Demi Chef de Parties and Commis Chefs in a professional manner.
You will need to bring extensive Chef de Partie or Senior Demi Chef de Partie experience, preferably in a similar establishment.
