We are currently seeking a temporary Client Enquiries Administrator to join an international client enquiries team for 6 months.

Delivering an impeccable standard of service at all times, this role is crucial to ensuring successful client interaction and satisfaction at all times.

Key responsibilities :

  • Be the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries via post, phone and email
  • Respond to all enquiries within a timely manner
  • Carry out research to provide accurate information to enquirers
  • Escalate any queries where required
  • Key Skills :

  • Previous experience within an office administration position essential
  • A passion for giving a first class customer service at all times
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written
  • Able to prioritise and manage a busy, ever changing workload
  • Person Profile :

  • Confidence when liaising with people from all walks of life and backgrounds
  • Willing to jump in and help out to ensure a happy customer at all times
