Our Public Sector client is seeking experienced Administrators to join their team. The roles are full-time, Monday to Friday on a temporary basis.

The rate of pay is £7.98 an hour, rising to £9.45 an hour after a period of 12 weeks. Holiday entitlement and pension scheme available.

The client is based in Norwich City Centre so is easily accessible by bus or train.

  • The role will include, but will not be restricted to;
  • Logging documentation
  • Uploading documents to Digital File
  • Resulting court cases
  • Sorting incoming and outgoing post
  • Database maintenance and management
  • Answering any email or telephone queries
  • Data entry
  • Ad-hoc administration
  • Working in the phone bank, answering incoming queries
  • The ideal candidate will be a clear communicator both verbal and written, with previous use of the Microsoft package.

    You will be required to have a shown background in administration.

    The rate of pay is £7.98 an hour, rising to £9.45 after a period of 12 weeks. holiday entitlement and pension scheme available.
