Boasting over 100 bedrooms, a fine dining restaurant, bar and extensive Conference & banqueting plus a state of the art leisure club, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and constantly evolving business.
The role of Reception Manager is a hand’s on role, with the responsibility for the day to day running of the front of house department.
The lobby area is a hive of activity for this busy hotel; every day is different and this hotel has a mix of both corporate and leisure customers.
Your continual achievement of standards and ensure complete guest satisfaction at all times. The property will shortly be going through a major refurbishment so is an exciting time to be joining the team.
The successful candidate will have previously held a team leader or supervisory role within a quality Hotel environment.
It’s essential you have a thorough working knowledge of front of based systems, Opera preferred. You will be guest focused with a friendly approach and committed to delivering excellence.
For the post of Reception Manager a salary of up to c.£25,000 is available for the successful candidate along with excellent company benefits.
