Monitoring improvement of processes to ensure tickets are being dealt efficiently.
Identifying the training needs within the team.
Coaching and mentoring the team members. You should have experience in
Working in Service Desk environment.
Managing / mentoring small service desk teams.
Implementing ERP solutions.
Service Delivery, IS processes (ITIL, Agile) I am looking for a strong communicator, who can engage with the business and switch between technical and nontechnical audience.
