Senior Project Manager
Birmingham B24 9FD (Travel to other office locations such as Brighton or Reading on average once per week)
Permanent Role- 42-46k depending on experience
Becoming a Senior Project Manager with The Pensions Regulator :
This role reports to the Design and Delivery Director and is core to the ongoing optimisation and development of the Automatic Enrolment services provided by Capita in partnership with The Pensions Regulator.
The scope of the role is to manage the progress of changes to the business requirements and design of business solutions for optimisation and improvement of the AE services.
This may involve multiple projects at a time.
The post-holder will have deep experience of project management in a fast-paced project delivery environment. They will deploy a suite of project management tools and stakeholder management techniques in order to ensure the successful delivery of change initiatives.
The Senior Project Manager will also provide thought leadership to the business teams and to the Contract Senior Management Team in order to identify effective solutions and to inform business priority calls.
This is a hands-on role, with an expectation that project tasks are not only completed by others, but by yourself also.
