Overview :

The Global CoE Lead will provide instrumental guidance in creating, maintaining and enhancing value for the client through better design, introduction and operation of services.

As a team they will work alongside the Leadership team to lead in small, incremental and large-scale / global improvements in service quality, operational efficiency and business continuity.

The Global CoE Lead will be responsible for working with the client and onsite teams to drive global operational excellence and continuous service improvement within the operational service delivery function.

Providing a structured project management approach or frameworks for delivery of continuous improvement projects, co-ordination and support as well as the implementation of best practice toolkits, operational reviews and process improvement programmes across the global platform.

This individual will ensure that they work with the global onsite teams and Head Office functions to ensure that these are delivered taking a structured, professional approach.

Projects can be defined as collaborative enterprises, involving research or design that is carefully planned to achieve a particular aim with a defined start and end date.

In addition to the above, the Global CoE Lead will be accountable for innovation, escalation management and resolution as well as MI and FA with a real focus on the operational running of an account on a global scale.

Responsibilities :

  • Global remit covering all aspects of Centre of Excellence across the platform
  • Responsible for the planning and execution of operational projects; including Project planning Effective client interaction and stakeholder engagement Risk management Change impact assessment and management Budget and cost benefits tracking
  • Draft and deliver detailed project plans and associated documentation covering all components such as planning, legal, process design, communication, technology etc;
  • Engage and drive all necessary internal and external resource such as Legal Counsel, Technology Director to ensure delivery timelines are met;
  • Engage with Key Client Stakeholders to ensure appropriate input is obtained from all;
  • Deliver update reports at frequencies agreed, chair update meetings with all key stakeholders to report progress, highlight issues / risks etc;
  • Manage all assigned phases of the project;
  • Identify, record and monitor all risks to effectively mitigate against issues arising;
  • Co-ordinate with established project work streams making sure ideas and projects come to fruition;
  • Maintain a knowledge of key legislation changes and assess operational impacts forming project teams where required to drive these changes through
  • Establish toolkits and frameworks for service delivery teams to utilise for delivery of projects manageable by the onsite team
  • Completion of operational reviews with onsite teams, including review of MSA services obligations, process reviews and re-
  • engineering, time in motion programmes and providing recommendation and suggestions for improvement areas in a detail documented report.

  • Support onsite teams development of continuous improvement through the completion of process review and re-engineering programmes including documenting all process flows using required BPMN standards
  • Management of Business Continuity for our onsite teams ensuring BCP in place and reviewed in line with our contractual obligations
  • Support with documentation review and updates on sites to ensure all Operational manuals and required tools / guides are in place.
  • Management and tracking of all operational projects including summary reports provided to Operations Directors on a monthly basis.
  • Skills Required :

  • Strong Operational experience within an RPO environment
  • Experience of delivering recruitment projects or initiatives with a focus on continuous improvement or value add
  • Strong bias towards process
  • Creative problem solver,
  • Excellent listening and communications skills at all levels;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Strong organisational / planning skills
  • High self-motivation and ability to work autonomously;
  • Advanced MS word; PowerPoint; Advanced Excel;
  • Ability to produce quality professional documentation.
  • Prince2 Certification (or other recognised project management methodology)
  • Skills Preferred

  • RPO Implementation experience
  • On-site experience
  • Understanding of Client-RPO relationships
  • Understanding of the Recruitment Industry and relevant legislation challenges
  • Knowledge of Visio
  • Knowledge of MS Project
  • Prince2 Certification (or other recognised project management methodology)
  • Language Required : English

    This role requires the flexibility to work from Client sites. Currently our clients are mainly greater London based however, there are some based in wider UK and internationally.

    International locations include New York, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia. There is no immediate requirement for travel outside of the UK.
