Are you a competent qualified Secondary Teacher with a passion for Special Needs Education?
The Education Network is looking for passionate qualified Secondary Teachers to work on a 1 : 1 basis with special needs pupils based in Southend.
The ideal candidate will be a versatile qualified Secondary Teacher who is able to teach a range of subjects including English, French and Latin (MFL).
The organisation work nationally with young people who are facing difficulties in accessing education. They deliver individual bespoke educational packages tailored to each child's individual needs.
You could be working with children in care, children excluded from mainstream schools, underachievers, children unable to access mainstream education, children who require managed and supported transfers / transitions, and children with special education needs (SEN)
You will be given training and will be well supported by a local line manager and other professional to help young people progress and to help you thrive as a qualified Secondary Teacher.

You will need to have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships quickly with students and their families and have previous experience of working with this client base
