Our Public Sector client has an immediate requirement for Specialists to join their team on a temporary basis expected to run until early November.
As a Specialist you will work within the Contract Management Specialist team, supporting with the delivery of team objectives.
The team manage a large number of grant contracts and you will support with processing claims. Our client has multiple locations in which you could be based including Dundee, Aberdeen, Glenrothes and Glasgow.
We are recruiting for candidates within Dundee but an element of travel to other locations may be required so having your own transport would be an advantage.
Contacting companies to advise that it is time to submit claims and follow up to ensure we receive them or implement extensions as required.
Ensure information gathered is accurately reflected in the system
Ensure claims are checked thoroughly and verify that projects took place in line with the client and company agreements.
Check and verify all payment evidence and output evidence requirements have been met and completed the appropriate paperwork required to pass the claim for payment approval
Contact and liaise with companies when inadequate supporting evidence has been received and work with them until claim has been concluded.
Review claims as necessary with contract management specialist team
Ensure all information received is filled in accordance with the client requirements and is secured and retrievable for audit purposes

Confident user of MS Outlook
Experience of auditing information
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident telephone manner
Drivers licence or ability to travel between locations where necessary
