What will I be doing?
ensure a memorable reception experience for Guests
reception, you will be working Restaurant shifts as well. Great for
everyone who wants to become knowledgeable throughout all departments!
customer service at all times
room categories, room rates, packages, promotions and other hotel
use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
Night Guest Service Agent you will work up to 4 days per week, including, but
not always, weekends and bank holidays. Shifts are usually from 11pm until 7am.

It would be advantageous if you worked previously
in a customer facing job.
There is no specific education or qualification
