Leading Accountancy firm seek a passionate Marketing Coordinator who will be working closely with the communications team.
Core duties will include :
Support the delivery of Marketing campaigns, including scheduling, creating campaign content, internal
engagement and tracking / reporting.
Coordinate and diarise the production of e-newsletters and other regular communications, including liaising
with partners and technical staff to provide content.
Create marketing communications materials with the design team or through using branded templates, being
responsible for proof-reading and brand integrity.
Support the delivery of national seminars and events, including venue sourcing, compiling invite lists, invitations, confirming attendees, badges, collateral, feedback questionnaires
and attending where appropriate.
Manage national webinars and events including sourcing content, branding and attendance on the day.
Assist with the ongoing collation of client testimonials and case studies, liaising with key partners and CSEs.
Order and control stock of marketing literature and promotional materials for the service lines
Supporting other projects and tasks as required by the service lines.
Ideal candidate must have the following skills and experience :

Experience of event management.
Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
