  • Provide end to end service of mid-tier complaints (verbal and face to face);
  • Negotiate fair and reasonable outcomes for consumers while working within your delegation of authority
  • Lead, coach and mentor a small team
  • Uphold compliance measures and consumer law principles.
  • As a natural leader, you will understand the importance of people and strive to build a motivated team of high achievers.

    You’ll be a confident and assertive communicator, comfortable with conflict and be highly experienced in making fact based decisions based on evidence.

    Strong commercial acumen, flexibility and influencing skills are fundamental to this role, coupled with exceptional written (in particular letter writing) and verbal communication skills.

    Travel industry experience would be highly regarded.
