I am currently seeking an organised and experienced Desktop Support Analyst to join the IT Department of a transport company (6 week contract based in London)
You must have experience in the rail / transport industry.
You will provide IT support face to face, via email and over the phone to a variety of end users including senior business executives.
I am looking for someone with great enthusiasm, drive and high energy levels and someone who has excellent interpersonal skills as there is a strong customer-
facing element to the role.
Key accountabilities / responsibilities :
To be successful in this role, excellent communication skills are essential coupled with the ability to identifying priorities and ensuring that all requests are logged within Service Management System and responded to within required timeframes.
