The Global Mobility (GM) team manages and facilitates the cross-border mobility of talent within Diageo. GM has direct operational responsibility for ensuring the successful relocation and ongoing HR management of international assignees (IA’s) within Diageo globally.
The team is responsible for the end to end IA process, providing advice to the business around global mobility issues, payroll instructions globally, and policy development and maintenance.
Purpose of Role
Our GM Advisor roles partner with the business on all Global Mobility related matters. This includes detailed business consultation, support with International Assignment / GM package design and overall GM advice, guidance and support to the business.
They pro-actively advise stakeholders on all aspects of Global Mobility policy and processes, assist with the design of mobility packages, and work on complex, often senior, IA cases.
