What is the opportunity?
As a Senior Technical Consultant with RBC Global Asset Management, you will be responsible for the technical development and support of marketing collateral and client reporting functions for RBC Global Asset Management’s (GAM) institutional businesses in Canada, the US and internationally.
This includes the understanding and support of marketing and client reporting solutions and operational processes using technology platforms including SimCorp Coric and Seismic.
You will have responsibility for ensuring quality, timeliness and innovation in RBC GAM’s approach to client communications.
The role will be involved in delivery of technical needs required for client reporting and marketing collateral production, and alignment of strategic and continuous improvement priorities with GAM’s institutional business partners.
This role will work with vendor and proprietary applications in all phases of the delivery lifecycle as well as provide support through application upgrades.
What will you do?
Build and maintain internal applications needed to support reporting functions, coordinating requirements, schedules and final development.
Serve as key contact for gathering data requirements, working with the key business stakeholders and project delivery resources.
Develop technical solutions for these improvements.
