Through our work we protect our clients’ reputation, brands and financial value. Our end-to-end approach encompasses risk, business continuity, issues management, crisis preparedness, management & communication, and product recall.
Role Overview :
As a mid-level business resilience consultant, you will take the lead on smaller projects and support the senior team on larger programs which will involve writing clear, concise guidelines and processes, developing creative and engaging training sessions and creating and implementing issues management strategies.
Reviewing and developing crisis, recall and business continuity processes and plans;
Creating and delivering impactful training workshops to embed best practice within our clients’ organisations;
Contributing strategic and creative ideas and developing these into tangible concepts;
Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders within Instinctif Partners, our clients’ organisations and beyond;
Owning the day-to-day client relationship for a number of smaller clients;
Fully integrating digital elements into each project;
Being on the team rota to be the first point of contact for our 100 + clients who buy our 24 / 7 crisis support service (approx.
one week in every eight weeks);
Management of interconnected programs working with other teams such as film / design / public policy, Instinctif Partners’ international network and our crisis response network partners
Identifying, flagging and escalating issues that may affect our clients’ businesses and
Contributing to the delivery of our marketing strategy.
Skills & Experience :
Ideally two to three years’ experience in a communications or public affairs discipline;
Ideally hands-on experience in risk and crisis;
Food industry or FMCG experience would be an advantage but not a deal breaker if you don’t have it;
A willingness and confidence to learn the wider range of consultancy services we offer as part of our unique Business Resilience offer;
Strong, clear and concise written communication skills;
Confident and engaging presentation and facilitation skills;
Strategic thinking you always see the big picture;
Attention to detail you understand that this is where processes stand or fall;
Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
An analytical problem-solver who can quickly and accurately identify and address key issues and
Excellent time management and you are used to planning projects against a pre-determined time allocation whilst multi-tasking.
