In this role, you'll work with a talented team of Decisioning Analysts and Product Owners / Managers, helping to design simple and brilliant customer journeys.

Supporting us across everything from 1-2-1 marketing to sales, loyalty to service, you'll bring your expertise to a diverse portfolio of projects, using data and insight to drive our business and identity forward.

This is an opportunity to shape customer experience and strategy for one of the UK's biggest brands.

What you'll do :

  • Work closely with stakeholders and the existing decisioning team to define, design and implement inbound sales and marketing customer decisioning journeys.
  • Collaborate with our frontline team to meet customer needs.
  • Improve our targeting in collaboration with Insight and Analytics teams.
  • You'll definitely :

  • Have hands-on experience of customer decisioning systems, such as Chordiant and Pega.
  • Show experience delivering projects and initiatives in agent-facing channels.
  • Demonstrate proven delivery of Agile methodologies.
  • Have commercial and operational (marketing) experience
  • Show an ability to understand and interpret business requirements.
  • Be experienced in delivering high volumes of demand under time pressure.
