Key Responsibilities and Scope of role :
Management & support of allInfrastructure services.
Desktop / Laptop builds upgrades & desktopimaging.
Provide a proactive high performing Helpdeskservice :
Ensurecalls are responded to within SLA
Manageissues through to resolution
Carryout root cause analysis
User moves, adds and changes.
Involvement in projects
Create and update documentation as required.
Complete regular Daily / Monthly checks toensure systems are fully operational and compliant.
Participate in the proactive monitoring andalerting of IT infrastructure services.
Undertake continuous improvement & smallScale Enhancements mini projects as requested.
Ensure the IT infrastructure is kept secure and in adherence to the ITsecurity controls for Patching, encryption, AV, vulnerability monitoringetc.

Qualifications required :
Educated to equivalent of UK Graduate Level orequivalent business experience
Experience required :
Goodworking knowledge and experience of :
Service management tools to log / monitor / update / close client problems& requests.
Active Directory administration and troubleshooting
MS Exchange administration and troubleshooting
Microsoft Print Services with knowledge of follow me print solutions
MS Office Suite of products (Outlook, Excel, Work etc)
Detailed knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10 operating systems.
Ghost imaging or equivalent tool including experience of creating goldimages
VPN & Multi Factor Security Systems particularly RSA and Cisco anyconnect.
