This role can be based at either our Basildon or Southampton site.
Independentlyperform more complex assignments requiring cross functional interaction.
Establishand maintain relationships with colleagues outside the function to ensurecross-functional co-operation.
Draftand prepare more complex contracts / purchase orders, other agreements andinternal approvals in line with standard and non standard formats.
Draftand prepare necessary commercial inputs to Tender Vet.
Planningand presentation of Commercial offer against tender requirements.
Establishintegrity in more complex pricing models in order to ensure accuracy andcompliance with standard formats.
Functionfocal point for customers / suppliers regarding contract and supply chain issues.
Functionfocal point for IPT project and cross-functional meetings to answer questionsconcerning contract / supply chain matters.
Identifysolutions for more complex areas of potential risk / opportunity e.g. sub-contractrisk, VoP, liability, security of payments and exchange rate exposure etc.
andrefer findings to senior members of the team.
Businessapprovals within delegated authority.

Skills,Qualifications & Knowledge Required
Developingunderstanding of domain specific markets, customers / supply chain.
Agood understanding of functional specific, LCM and business process. Requiresappropriate training to HND level or equivalent or significant relevant workexperience
