to join their high-performing finance team at their head office branch in Eccles.

The successful will have a passion for all aspects of the credit control function and be comfortable dealing with a diverse range of clients ensuring payments are received in a timely manner while maintaining good relationships with the customers.

You will take full autonomy of the Credit Control function and will need to have strong numeracy skills, an excellent telephone manner and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities Include :

  • Chasing live accounts via telephone, email and letter
  • Cash flow forecasting on the status of your ledger at month end
  • Negotiating payment plans and setting up new schedules
  • Management of the sales ledger including raising sales invoices and credit notes
  • Cash Allocation
  • Producing accurate debtor reports at month-end on excel
  • Managing the outstanding sales balances falling due and contact customers to secure payment.
  • Reconcile outstanding customer balances and resolve any queries.
  • Monitoring and maintenance of sales ledger.
  • To work with in-house departments & regional branches on problem balances and seeking resolution on these queried accounts.
