Team Leader the role :

You will be an advocate for the Argos values, and will effectively lead the store team to meet customer service and business targets through the efficient management of inventory control, store presentation and pricing functions.

Argos customers have high expectations of the in-store experience and as an Argos Team Leader you’ll need to be on top of your game -

from maximising stock availability, through managing and implementing POS, to acting as duty manager.

This role is for a minimum of 25 hours per week, covering a variety of shifts over weekdays, weekends and evenings.

Team Leader the person :

A passion for fantastic customer service

Previous supervisory experience within a retail or hospitality environment

Great communication skills

An open and honest leadership style

Team Leader the benefits :

£8.91 per hour

An initial holiday allowance of 22 days per year pro rata (which increases with service)
