Description

To function as an integral member of the unit-based care delivery team by performing a variety of technical components essential to the ongoing delivery of quality patient care.

To perform a variety of generic and population-specific technical activities which support the delivery of optimal patient care while maintaining the highest level of patient safety.

To complete appropriate unit-based elements of EKG processes and / or phlebotomy.

Qualifications

  • Education : - High school diploma or equivalent.Experience- Six months LNA experience required- Basic computer keyboarding and data entry skills required-
  • Requires the ability to utilize and navigate electronic clinical documentation system in order to enter patient dataBasic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

    Ability to deliver patient care in a manner that is appropriate to the demographics and / or specific needs of the patient population served by the hospital.

    2. Demonstrates proficiency in assessing, responding and adapting treatment of care to meet the needs of the patient population served by the hospital.
