Job Description Summary
Developing manager capability across Europe.
As a key part of our in-house Learning & Development Team you will take the lead on delivering our management capability programme for people managers at all levels across our EMEA geographies as well as involvement in manager initiatives across the business.
You will understand a professional services environment and be skilled in facilitating professional discussion, delivering training and managing learning interventions for people at all levels.
This role offers the additional opportunity to contribute to the development of learning materials and shaping the future capability of our managers to achieve our business goals.
To succeed you will be a skilled trainer with experience in a professional environment, able to build credibility, engage and challenge your audience.
You will be confident in working independently and yet welcome the opportunity of contributing alongside a high-quality delivery team.
This is an EMEA wide role and you should have the ability and willingness to travel across our EMEA region
Degree calibre you will ideally have a Learning & Development related qualification and be looking to take the next step in your career within Learning & Development.
