The Health and Safety Team’s focus is delivery of high quality services to our clients. A combination of audit, compliance monitoring, support, investigations and training are provided to clients to enable them to fulfil their statutory duties.
This post is within our Support Team. The Support Team enables the professionals in the Corporate and Traded teams to deliver our services efficiently and effectively to our clients.
Our support officers are also trained to answer basic queries for our customers.
We are looking for a self-starter, with excellent attention to detail and good communication and customer service skills.
About the Job
Health & Safety Support Officer
Grade 4 -£22,425 to £24,999
The role involves a wide range of administrative & support tasks, including extensive use of IT systems and databases (including data entry), processing accident forms, statistics preparation, training course administration, educational visit approval and financial administrative tasks.
You must be a highly motivated, and experienced administrator with a willingness to learn new skills and undertake development.
You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, be able to meet challenging deadlines, deliver results and show a creative flare in providing solutions.
In order to delivery the quality of service we require for our clients you will have an eye for detail and be able to maintain high levels of accuracy in your work.
