Louella Belle is a cosmetic distribution company that has been established for some 25 years. We specialise in distribution of nail care brands which in most cases we have sole UK distribution rights.

We are currently seeking a Brand Marketing Executive to help support our sales and marketing teams in driving our brands forward.

The role would involve creating strategic planning for new launches as well as assisting in the growth and development of our existing brands.

The successful candidate would be responsible for overseeing and implementing all aspects of communication from supplier level through to UK launch across the various departments of our business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketing junior to further their career by assuming responsibility for evolving our product ranges at a company with a respected and established image in the professional beauty industry.

You will be joining an expanding in-house marketing team, reporting to the Head of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Maintain excellent knowledge of portfolio of products and provide a second source of product expertise.
  • Be responsible for developing a wide range of marketing collaterals and resources.
  • Managing the creation of graphic elements.
  • Copywriting / Proofreading : assist in the production of all marketing materials (order forms, presentation, leaflet, brochures, press releases)
  • New Product Launches : manage new product development and delivery to market by coordinating all the aspects of the marketing mix
  • Exhibitions : be responsible for coordinating trade shows and events
  • Online tools : assist in the development of online marketing tools (social media, email marketing campaigns)
  • Market Research : conduct thorough market research to support the NPD process / and to facilitate brand positioning in the target markets
  • Provide ideas for improving the marketing policies, procedures and strategies for the brand
  • Responding to all sales requests about promotion, products, services etc., and other related activities.
  • E-commerce assistance
  • Delegate work to more junior members of the marketing team
  • Essential traits and skills :

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in marketing and brand development, preferably in the health & beauty sector.
  • It is essential to be able to communicate on all levels from supplier through to customer
  • Punctual and driven, with excellent time and project management skills.
  • Attention to detail is essential along with initiative and creativity and adaptability.
  • Fluent, accurate and persuasive command of written and spoken English
  • Have analytical and problem solving skills that would be used in data processing and reporting.
  • Open to continuous learning by improving performance through increasing own efficiency, initiate courses of action and willingly take on new responsibilities.
