Job description

We have an opportunity for someone with excellent customer services experience and strong interpersonal skills to join us in our Customer and Store Support Team here in Leicester.

The purpose of the role is to be the first point of contact for external and internal customer enquiries, ensuring that the highest level of Customer Experience is achieved and maintained at all times.

The role is responsible for the handling of all day to day enquiries from web and retail customers ensuring that our values and standards are delivered at all time.

Assisting customers with their ordering experience, tracking products and taking payment for customer purchases through email, click to chat and telephone.

You will also provide support and guidance on issues raised by stores whilst monitoring and checking current administrative process and procedures are followed.
