standing not for profit organisation that promotes active, fulfilling lifestyles by providing sport and leisure opportunities to over 120,000 members.
The Digital Marketing Manager will optimise the customer experience and increase product usage within the existing audience, offering exclusive membership to public sector employees, civil servants, and HM Armed Forces personnel.
The ideal Digital Marketing Manager will have a passion for creating positive, well-constructed copy designed to improve acquisition and service uptake, whilst also understanding campaign specific marketing ROI to the organisation.
Applications are particularly welcome from candidates with previous hands-on experience of marketing automation tools, PPC and SEO.
Manage the successful development and launch of digital campaigns and projects, with focus on online and social channels
Use Google Analytics, Social Media Analytics, content scheduling & email marketing platforms
Deliver input and direction to SEO / SEM and optimisation strategies and initiatives for all consumer-facing websites
Initiate, develop and manage working relationships and networks with stakeholders and partners to optimise digital marketing campaigns
Segment the growing database of members and prospects to identify target audiences for acquisition and upsell campaigns
Review the impact of digital activity to feedback to the team on key campaign metrics and success measures
Skills & Experience :
Educated to degree level or equivalent
2-3 years' experience in digital campaign management and analysis at a company with a strong online presence or agency
Excellent creative copywriting skills and application across social, editorial and email marketing
Experience in digital advertising, programmatic buying, paid social, mobile, and video
Knowledge of buying and selling media including CPM, CPC, CPA
Experience using CRM and Marketing Automation tools
Experience of audience analysis, segmentation tools and techniques and new audience acquisition strategies
Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics
Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) to analyse campaign performance, media budgets
