World Leading Global Energy Oil Company has an exciting opportunity for a Global Digital Media Analyst to join the Global Connections team who are responsible for media buying globally across all lines of business.

Working with some of the world’s largest media brands & partners as well as top-tier influencers.

They work closely with media agencies, to deliver over 400 media campaigns per year in more than 50 markets. These campaigns range from consumer-

facing brand-building activities, through to B2B lead generation campaigns for Global Commercial business, and everything in between.

The core focus of this role will be to aggregate, measure, analyse and report upon a range of digital and social metrics, with the overall goal being to optimize digital campaigns in real time.

The Global Digital Media Analyst will also take ownership of some smaller digital-only campaigns; project managing the delivery of these initiatives, and working directly with internal stakeholders to ensure they are given accurate, timely reporting on campaign performance.

Key responsibilities include the following :

  • Support the implementation of global digital media strategies across all businesses
  • Optimize campaigns on an on-going basis in all digital disciplines working closely with the Media Agency, Ad Server, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and Ad Verification in order to improve digital ROI across all Lines of Business / Functions
  • Analysis of local digital activity with feedback and guidance
  • Manage digital campaign performance, troubleshooting and quality assurance for all ad serving or related digital platforms
  • Represent the customer view by analysing data derived from digital campaigns
  • Staying current within the advancing digital media market
  • Support with the implementation of compliance with all applicable legal aspects (e.g. privacy policies, retargeting, and usage of cookies) and best practice standards
  • The Candidate :

  • Experience with all types of digital media (mobile, display, search, video, apps)
  • Experience with real time monitoring of global digital campaigns on Google Analytics, DoubleClick, Adobe Analytics, Integral Ad Science
  • Excel proficiency (including manipulation of data using pivot tables, v-lookups, and development of macros)
  • Ability to effectively operate within a fast-paced, constantly evolving, team environment
  • Ability to translate data into consumer insights
  • Possess a strong track record of managing multiple complex projects involving cross-functional teams, external relationships (clients, vendors)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Must be customer focused with demonstrated experience providing insight on customer behaviour
  • Ability to lead and manage working relationships globally
  • Good Project Management skills
  • This needs combining with a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-

    cultural environment. You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
