You will be working with cutting edge technologies, including Selenium Web Driver, Browser Stack and SpecFlow and you'll get the chance to work on interesting test automation problems.
You will see testing as an integral part of the development lifecycle, and understand that writing automated tests is of equal importance to writing application code in a modern agile team.
You will be well organised, and able to focus on the task in hand, whilst understanding the big picture and constraints.
You will have a desire to reduce complexity and improve quality at every stage of the development process.
Key Responsibilities :
You will have a degree in a Software Engineering or Computer Science related discipline, or will have equivalent commercial experience in a test automation role which requires programming, rather than just recording manual test runs.
You will have worked or spent significant time on placement in a test automation role
You will take ownership of tasks and responsibility for the quality of your tests. You will have a passion and flair for testing and producing maintainable and extensible test suites.
You will work as part of an agile development team, working with Microservices, APIs, Web UIs and automated tests. You will put quality, security and the user at the centre of your testing.
You will have the aptitude and desire to write test cases and automated tests from specifications and to really understand the customer domain and thereby help develop the best solution for both the end user and the business.
You will be detail oriented, and enjoy working collaboratively with developers.

Minimum Requirements :
Degree in software engineering / computer science related subject or equivalent commercial experience
Knowledge of Selenium Web Driver and SpecFlow
Understanding of principles of agile process
Understanding of highly automated testing approaches
Passion for quality and attention to detail.
Experience of Browser Stack, TFS and Cucumber would be beneficial
