Internally known as Assistant Client Services Executive)
We have an excellent opportunity for a competent Administrator (internally know as Assistant Client Services Executive).
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in a processing role within a corporate organisation or for graduates with excellent admin, communication skills and high levels of attention to detail.
In this role you will provide account handling and administrative support to our Senior Client Service Executives on all Global Accounts.
You will prepare timely processing instructions to various departments, so that premiums can be debited and policies issued promptly, ensuring accurate policy records are maintained on Chubb systems.
The role also involves working closely with Credit Control and other Chubb departments to ensure resolution of accounting and processing problems, ensuring that Service Standards are met and exceeded.
The role holder will be expected to respond to queries from senior colleagues, Underwriters, Brokers and Clients. This will involve discussion, problem solving and building strong relationships with Chubb staff overseas.
