Our client, a global IT provider has an urgent requirement for an Internal Account Manager / Sales Support Executive to join their offices in Oxford.

The Role :
Internal Account Managers will work to strict SLA’s and be an integral component to back end Sales process; providing key communication between the Sales Team, Vendors and also Customers.
You will also be responsible for the ongoing management of circa 30 accounts, upselling and cross selling into them while identifying opportunities for new business.
From time to time, you will also be required to provide operational backup to a Senior Account Director; while also being POC for key accounts.

The Successful Account Manager is likely to have a proven track record in as an IT Sales Support Executive / Internal Account Manager.
