Stafffinders is working with a well-established professional firm based in Edinburgh city centre who are looking for an experienced Administrator to work on a part time basis of 22 hours per week.

These hours can be worked over any number of days but you must work on a Wednesday.

The role is a varied and busy one and and as well as dealing with administrative duties, you will be responsible for reception and will be the first point of call for any incoming calls and visitors to the office.

You will be typing and formatting various documents including letters, tender documents and minutes of meetings. You will also need to check calculations on various reports so attention to detail is of vital importance.

The role will also involve other general administrative duties including management of outgoing and incoming mail, copying and binding of documents and filing and archiving.

Our client is looking for an experienced administrator to take on this role, and any work experience involving reception duties in a busy, professional office would be ideal.

You must have at least 3 years of administrative experience, with good Excel and Word skills and fast, accurate copy typing ability.

You must be able to work unsupervised and be happy to prioritise your own busy workload. Good communication skills and a friendly and welcoming manner is essential.
