This role will partners with customer field representatives or channel partner as part of a territory or region where success reliant on each other.
Depending on the client engagement, this role will involve up-selling / cross-selling customers to additional services and require a high level of influence over the sales cycle.
Renewal Sales Specialists will provide sales forecasting and submit requests for customer quotes, perform customer research, and update account notes in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Also could own Top Tier segment of business which will require broad cross-functional team collaboration.
Drive renewal sales for some of the most recognized technology companies
Work with an established customer base
Gain expertise in providing accurate monthly / quarterly sales forecasting
Acquire invaluable experience in the latest CRM technology to research accounts and uncover new business opportunities
Effectively partner and build relationships with external clients
Build long-lasting partnerships with other Sales Reps and management to improve systems and processes
High volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day
Own a strategic territory with a renewal sales quota
Overcome complex customer objections
Enable results in collaboration w / other parties w / high satisfaction
12-24 months of prior experience working in a customer service or sales capacity required
College degree preferred
Ability to work in a fast paced environment required
Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Aptitude to learn new technology is required
Must have ability to quickly problem solve
Strong communication skills (verbal, written) and proven ability to build strong relationships
