Hales Group Ltd are recruiting for a Trainee Credit Controller to be based in their Peterborough branch.
Prepare cheques for banking and allocate onto Sage Accounts.
Allocating BACS payments received onto Sage Accounts.
Processing card payments from customers over the phone.
Opening new accounts on Sage.
Monitoring the credit control emails.
Mark up remittance advice with account numbers.
Updating and maintaining spreadsheets for third party accounts.
Preparing and issuing Statements.
General housekeeping of our Accounts Database & keeping clients records up to date.
General administration duties for the credit control function.
Maintaining a good customer relationship.
