One of our market leading clients are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join their dynamic, well established team.

They work with some well-known market leading brands and as Microsoft Gold partner they are working with some of the latest technologies.

They boast a Google style environment with a particular drive for having a collaborative work place, they even have a free on site Starbucks!

Due to growth within the company they are now looking for a highly efficient Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of services to well-

known clients . This is an interesting time to join this organisation as they go through a transformation which should provide plenty of opportunity to the team.

Role : Service Delivery Manager

Location : Bedfordshire - Bedford, Milton Keynes, Luton, Stevenage, Royston, Cambridge and st. Neots.

Salary : £30,000 - £35,000

You will own and manage the service delivery relationships with well-known clients, acting as first point of contact for escalations.

You will be responsible for the scoping, negotiation, management and delivery of small to medium change for the customer, undertaking periodic service reviews, building out longer term capacity / account plans in partnership with the customer, proactively identifying upsell opportunities and reducing cost for the customer.

You will manage the Service Delivery execution and assist with the commercial renewal process for contracted services.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and be confident. You will know how to articulate yourself at all levels and have the ability to stay calm during critical times.

You will be highly organised and have excellent problem solving, troubleshooting and trend analysis skills.

You will have :

  • Excellent customer service and management skill set
  • Good problem solving skills and evidence of strategic approaches to fault diagnosis.
  • Ability to recognise and identify trends and recommend new service improvement initiatives.
  • Desired but not essential :

  • ITSM Solutions Experience
  • e.g. Power BI, Cognos)
  • Experience of working as a Service Delivery manager for a Managed Service Provider or in an Operations / Service Centre
  • Commercial account development experience
