As a Case Manager you will be responsible for managing a combination of mixed tenure propertytypes delivering a responsive, efficient, high quality and customer focussedtenancy, lease and case management service.
You will be managing queries andcases in relation to matters arising out of rights and obligations in aresident's tenancy or lease.
You will be working in partnership with residentsand the Local Authority consulting with them on a wide range of issuesincluding Anti Social Behaviour, Safeguarding, Successions and Tenancy Fraud.
You'll use your positive and innovative approach to meet tough qualitystandards and drive constant improvement in customer service.
We are looking forresilient people with energy and capability : you don't necessarily need abackground in housing to undertake this role.
You will be focused, professional andorganised and be confident in managing stakeholder relationships. You will beadvising people and resolving complex issues so you will have experience indispute resolution along with excellent interpersonal and written communicationskills.
It is also essential that you hold a current driving licence and haveaccess to a car.
