The Role :

They are looking for someone to join their team as a Customer Success Analyst. This role will require you to educate their corporate clients on the importance of SEO this is a client facing role! You will be the customer’s marketing technical liaison both internally and externally.

  • By using the company’s ticket system, you will identify any customer issues and resolve them with a focus on providing a satisfactory customer experience
  • You will learn to become an expert in the product and provide this expertise to improve the client’s usage
  • Investigate critical search marketing issues and perform analysis of SEO campaigns
  • You will be required to impact the business internally by driving projects which could include developing new processes which will serve clients better
  • You will work closely with the Customer Success Managers to present high-quality insights
  • Come up with new ideas on ways to improve customer support process
  • Your Profile :

  • Experience in a n analysis / support / client facing role
  • An analytic mindset
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Web Analytics, Google Analytics and SEO is preferred (NOT A MUST)
  • Knowledge of SQL / MySQL and integration applications is preferred (NOT A MUST)
