Claxton, an Acteon company, is seeking a driven Brand and Marketing Coordinator to help develop the Claxton, Acteon, Acteon FLS and wider clusters brand / s and ensure their integrity across all inbonund digital channels and routes to market.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
Help develop and grow the Claxton, Acteon, Acteon FLS and wider cluster brand / s
Assist with the development of marketing project plan / s and supporting processes for the Head of Brand and Marketing
Development and coordination of marketing and content activity across all channels to market, ensuring adherence to the marketing plan / s
Support Sales Managers, Business Development Managers, and Product Leaders with their marketing needs
Administration responsibility of all inbound marketing platforms and channels
Provide recommendations on continuous marketing improvement
Manage and update content for the Claxton, Acteon, Acteon FLS and wider cluster website / s
Help with marketing automation to convert website visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) so that they convert to customers
Determine sources for content creation, both internally and externally
Edit content produced by your colleagues, including conceptualizing the projects upfront and copy-editing prior to publishing
Author various types of articles on a wide range of researched topics for our thought leadership industry blogs. Ensuring copy is optimized for search engines
Assist in the preparation of e-Newsletters, e-Campaigns, press releases and advertising and coordination of distribution
Build and help manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, and potentially additional channels
Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence
Explore new ways to engage with new social networks to reach target buyers
Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread our brand / s reach
Perform market research activity as defined by the Head of Brand and Marketing
Collate and prepare marketing statistics, analyse that data against predefined targets and contribute ideas and suggest areas of improvement
Conduct analytical projects to improve blog strategies / tactics including SEO
Manage content on the Claxton Intranet
Compile and administer financial and statistical information including budget spreadsheets and reports
Maintain the CRM Database for all regions - keep the marketing stakeholder database / s up-to-date, importing new data, updating records and performing weekly / monthly checks
Manage and monitor the Claxton corporate email inbox to deliver a first-class service focusing on customer satisfaction and responding to customer’s needs
Administer FPAL and Achilles databases and associated content including client references and testimonials
Organise and coordinate the logistics for events / exhibitions / breakfast briefings
