Role Summary

This role is to offer support and guidance to candidates asfirst point of contact as well as confidently selling in the differenthomeworker packages we offer to prospective individuals.

It will also includescreening applications, coordinating and conducting interviews, advising onrecruitment queries, issuing offer documentation and producing weekly / monthlyreports.

Main Responsibilities

  • Active involvement in the recruitment operationand processes across the Home Working division
  • Managing all HW recruitment email inboxes,processing and following up enquiries received
  • Uploading recruitment adverts on all advertisingplatforms available
  • Perform CV searches on a multitude of onlinedatabases, social media etc and contacting candidates to discuss opportunities
  • Assisting with the administration andcoordination of external recruitment events
  • Creating and maintaining all relevant recordsfor new recruits on the CRM system
  • Completing set up for all new homeworkers,ensuring a smooth recruitment process

    Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience of dealing with people in a fast paced and challenging environment
  • Experience of working in travel sales
  • Knowledge of homeworking recruitment models
  • Customer Service

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers

  • Excellent & proven organisational skills
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Administration skills with excellent time management skills
